- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Chopped coriander2 tablespoon
- Grate the onion and garlic, set aside
- In a pan put the two tablespoons of oil, let it heat up a little.
- Add the garlic and onion and sauté.
- Then add a spoon of wheat flour and mix well making a farofa.
- Gradually add the cashew juice and mix well to avoid lumps, add the salt.
- Turn off the heat, add the cilantro and that's it.
