- Preparation mode: Fry the meat in butter along with the onion and then mash it. In a pressure cooker, place the cassava and salt to taste. Mash the cassava to make a puree. In a pan put butter, garlic, pinch of pepper, cassava, milk cream and a spoon of curd. Let it boil.
- MOUNTING: A layer of mashed manioc, a layer of ground beef, a layer of curd cheese. Finally, put the other layer of Mashed and finish with the mozzarella and grated cheese. Bake in the oven until golden.
