- Aimpim to taste
- Coriander, parsley, chopped chives to taste
- Pepper, onion, garlic and chopped tomato to taste
- Margarine to taste
- Salt to taste
- Oil to taste
- Put the aimpim to cook with salt and butter.
- Once cooked, put it to hit the blender with a little of the cooking water.
- In a pan put a thread of oil, a spoon of butter and put the seasonings to refolate.
- When it's refogado, put the beaten cassava, hit the salt and let it boil.
