- Peeled Cassava500 g
- Bacon100 g
- Pepperoni sausage100 g
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- Salt and Garlic to taste
- Place the cassava in the pressure cooker and cover with water, let it cook for 30 minutes.
- Let the pressure go off on its own
- Remove the cassava from the pan and pour it into the blender, along with the water.
- Beat for about 2 minutes or until it forms a very homogeneous cream.
- Heat a pan and fry the bacon until golden.
- Add onion and saute
- Add sausage and fry
- Add the manioc cream and stir to mix well.
- Let it boil on low heat to incorporate well, adjust the salt and finish with green smell.
