- Cassava, chopped into cubes500 g
- Shredded chicken breast200 g
- Green Smell to taste
- Kinnor chicken broth1 unit(s)
- Fried Crackling to taste
- Crushed Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Water1 l
- Oil1 coffee spoon
- Cook the cassava with the water until it is very soft.
- After the cassava is cooked, place the cassava and the water that cooked it in a blender until it turns into a broth.
- In a pan add the oil, garlic and let the garlic brown then add the chicken breast and mix.
- Add the broth in the pan, add the kinnor broth, the salt and let it boil until it thickens.
- After the broth is ready, add crackling on top and the green smell, it's delicious.
