- Peel and cut the aimpims, put them to cook in the pressure cooker with salt and butter
- After cooking, hit the blender with the same cooking broth.
- In another pan, place the pepperoni and bacon cut into very small cubes.
- When they are fried, add the onion and tomato cut very small too.
- When the onion is wilted, add the beaten cassava and let it boil for 5 minutes, stirring so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan, and turn it off.
