- Butter or butter ghee3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Oregano (optional) to taste
- Peel the mandioquinhas and place in a pan covered with water (up to 3 fingers above the mandioquinhas) and add salt (1 tablespoon), cook until very soft but not to the point of falling apart, drain and reserve
- Cut the maniocs into slices
- In a frying pan, put the butter and wait for it to melt, add the cassava slices and saute for a few seconds, season with oregano and salt to taste and that's it 😋 serve next 😉
