Cassava cooked in butter

Descasque as mandioquinhas e coloque em uma panela coberta com água (até 3 dedos acima das mandioquinhas) e acrescenta sal (1 colher de sopa), cozinhe até ficar bem macia mas não a ponto de desmanchar, escorra e reserve 

Peel the mandioquinhas and place in a pan covered with water (up to 3 fingers above the mandioquinhas) and add salt (1 tablespoon), cook until very soft but not to the point of falling apart, drain and reserve

Em uma frigideira coloque a manteiga e espere derreter, acrescente as rodelas de mandioquinha e refogue por uns segundos, tempere com orégano e sal a gosto e pronto 😋 sirva em seguida 😉

In a frying pan, put the butter and wait for it to melt, add the cassava slices and saute for a few seconds, season with oregano and salt to taste and that's it 😋 serve next 😉
