- Coconut Cream1 tablespoon
- Onion2 tablespoon
- Garlic1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Butter1 dessert spoon
- Sauté the onion and garlic in butter, add the roughly chopped chestnuts so that it releases the fat (for this we need the butter because the chestnut needs another fat to release fat), add the chicory in very thin strips, salt and let it sauté . Add the coconut cream and then the flour gradually, stir until lightly toasted. Ready!
