Em uma panela de pressão coloque 1,5 litros de água e a mandioca picada com meia colher de sopa de sal. Cozinhe por 15 minutos depois que a panela chiar. (muitas vezes a mandioca pode estar mais ou menos dura de acordo com a safra. Se ainda estiver firme, cozinhe por mais 5 minutos na pressão)

Em uma travessa, coloque a mandioca cozida (sem a água), cubra com a manteiga derretida, tempere com sal, raspas de limão e salsinha picada.
