  • Cassava500 g
  • Onion .garlic.green smell,sausage,butter .manioc flour.olive oil to taste
  1. In a pressure cooker, place the manioc with a pinch of salt. Cook until the manioc is soft, approximately 30 minutes.
  2. In a pan put a drizzle of oil. fry the garlic .the onion .the sausage,(cut the sausage into small pieces) add the manioc flour stir until the flour turns yellow. Salt and oil to taste. Add the green smell. Shake well .
  3. Take the cassava out of the pressure cooker, place it on a platter of your choice, add a little butter. Place the farrofa on top of the cassava (obs-flour very hot) it's delicious, you can use it to accompany red meat.
