- Large Cauliflower1 unit(s)
- Mayonnaise5 tablespoon
- Mozzarella10 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Cook the whole cauliflower in salted water until the twigs come off without much resistance. Don't let it soften too much.
- Drain the water and add the cabbage to a serving dish. Pass the mayonnaise between the branches until it penetrates into the cabbage.
- Add the slices of mozzarella between the twigs and add a few slices on top to cover the cauliflower.
- Place in a medium oven to brown. Once golden, remove from the oven.
- Tip: Serve as an accompaniment to meat, poultry or fish. It is also a great vegetarian dish if served with white rice and salad.
