- Washed cauliflower1 unit(s)
- Wheat flour1 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Salt, black pepper and oregano1 to taste
- Oil1 cup
- I started by chopping the cauliflower and putting it to cook with water and salt for 5 minutes. Then drain and reserve.
- Now in a pot I put the egg, kingdom pepper, oregano and salt.
- Mix everything with and fork. I spread the cauliflower in the egg.
- And then dip them in wheat flour. And book.
- Now put the oil in a pan and let it heat up. Then I put the cauliflower and let it fry, then turn them over to be even.
- Then drain them on paper towels and serve.
