- Butter1 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan150 to taste
- Water enough1 l
- Salt to taste
- Garlic to taste

- Cook the cauliflower in salted water, once cooked, drain the water and set aside.
- for the sauce Cut the onion into small cubes, heat it with the butter (be careful not to burn it), let it become translucent, add the garlic, let it cook for a few minutes.
- Turn off the heat, add the curd, the cream, ground nutmeg and a little parmesan.
- In a refractory place the cauliflower, pour the sauce and put the rest of the parmesan. Bring to a boil until browned. Serve with salt and roast chicken.
