  • Cauliflower1 unit(s)
  • Whole milk500 ml
  • Water300 ml
  • Salt to taste
  • Nutmeg to taste
  • Basil1/2 cup
  1. Separate the cauliflower with the stalks
  2. Put to cook along with the milk and water and basil.
  3. After it gets very soft, just season it with salt and nutmeg to taste.
  4. In a shredder, process, adding some of the cooking liquid and that's it! Bon appetit!
