- Whole milk500 ml
- Water300 ml
- Salt to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
- Basil1/2 cup
- Separate the cauliflower with the stalks
- Put to cook along with the milk and water and basil.
- After it gets very soft, just season it with salt and nutmeg to taste.
- In a shredder, process, adding some of the cooking liquid and that's it! Bon appetit!
