- Clean cauliflower separated into bouquets700 g
- Olive oil1/2 tablespoon
- Minced garlic1/2 tablespoon
- Onion, chopped in brunoise80 g
- Boiling water3/4 cup
- Salt to taste
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion and when it becomes transparent add the garlic.
- Process the cauliflower in a food processor (2 pulses is enough) and add it to the sauteed onion with garlic, season with salt and add the water, let it cook until al dente.
