- Cauliflower in florets1 unit(s)
- Coffee1/2 cup
- Olive oil1/4 cup
- Apple Cider Vinegar1/4 cup
- Cane molasses1/4 cup
- Shoyu1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice1/2 tablespoon
- Dijon Mustard1 teaspoon
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Allspice1/4 teaspoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Minced Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Corn starch2 teaspoon
- Chopped chives1/2 unit(s)
- With the exception of the cauliflower and starch, combine all the marinade ingredients and blend in a blender or mixer.
- Place the cauliflower in a container, add the marinade, mix well to coat all the florets and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.
- After the rest, strain the sauce, remove the excess marinade from the cauliflower and bake it at 280 degrees for 20 minutes or until they are golden and with slight marks tested.
- Add the starch to the marinade mixture and bring to the pan over medium/high heat until thick and glossy. In a texture similar to chocolate. Reserve.
- Remove the cauliflower from the oven and, as in the photo, on a plate add the desired amount of sauce at the bottom, the cauliflower on top and finish with chives.
