- Cauliflower1 unit(s)
- Wheat flour1 teaspoon
- Butter1 teaspoon
- Milk50 ml
- Salt1 to taste
- Nutmeg1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Cook cauliflower in water or steam
- For the Bechamel: make the Roux using 1 tbsp of butter for 1 tbsp of wheat flour - heat the mixture in a pan until it forms a dough. Then add the milk little by little until it forms a cream.
- Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg
- Pour the Béchamel over the cauliflower and it's done.
