- Place the mayonnaise and sardines in a blender.
- Beat for 2 minutes and add the other ingredients little by little.
- If you want to add the pitted olives, do so after beating the cream in the blender and add the olives after it is ready.
- Turn the pate into a jar of your choice, cover and store in the fridge and always serve cold.
