- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Chuchu1/2 kg
- Season to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Coriander to taste
- Salt to taste
- Tomato sauce340 g
- Clean the prawns and season with garlic, lemon, seasoning, salt and black pepper.
- In a pan, brown the onion, then put the tomato, tomato sauce, cilantro and sauté.
- Then add the chayote cut into small pieces and let it cook. (only add water if necessary, as the chayote already releases a lot of water)
- After the chayote is almost cooked, place the shrimp, cover the pan and leave until the shrimp is cooked.
