- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese2 cup
- Corn Starch1 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Place the ingredients in a bowl and mix until you reach the dough point.
- Make balls and fill with more cheese, if you prefer.
- Take it for 20 min in the freezer, before frying.
- Fry in hot oil, draining on paper towels. Don't worry, the balls won't burst if they fry.
- It can be done in the airfryer, I tested it at 180°C for 15min. It's super right!
