Laminated puff pastry

Creamy curd (I used the catupiry, it has to be a tube or it is already redeeming)

Yolk (for brushing the puff pastry)

Cheese in puff pastry

Corte a massa folhada o suficiente que de para colocar o requeijão cremoso e cobrir tudo. Adicione o requeijão cremoso, embrulhe bem. Coloque em um assadeira de preferência antiaderente. Pincele gela por cima da massa folhada e leve ao forno até dourar a massa folhada. Aproximadamente 35 minutos. Tire do forno colquei em uma travessa de sua preferência. Sirva com torradas, pães ou do jeito que achar melhor. 
Obs fica ótimo também fazer com queijo brie no lugar do requeijão. 

Cut the puff pastry enough to put the cream cheese and cover everything. Add the cream cheese, wrap well. Place in a non-stick baking dish. Brush frosting over the puff pastry and bake in the oven until golden. Approximately 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and place in a serving dish of your choice. Serve with toast, bread or whatever you like.
Note, it's also great to make it with brie cheese in place of the curd.
