- Creamy curd (I used the catupiry, it has to be a tube or it is already redeeming)410 g
- Yolk (for brushing the puff pastry)1 unit(s)
- Cut the puff pastry enough to put the cream cheese and cover everything. Add the cream cheese, wrap well. Place in a non-stick baking dish. Brush frosting over the puff pastry and bake in the oven until golden. Approximately 35 minutes. Remove from the oven and place in a serving dish of your choice. Serve with toast, bread or whatever you like. Note, it's also great to make it with brie cheese in place of the curd.
