- Cream cheese300 g
- Gorgonzola70 g
- Ricotta250 g
- Grated Parmesan120 g
- Fresh cream50 g
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Dried fruits of your choice1 cup
- Lightly toasted sliced almonds1 cup
- Freshly ground black pepper1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Cane molasses1 to taste
- Pass through the processor all the cheeses together with the olive oil until it becomes a paste.
- Add fresh cream. He will serve to help with Terrine's league.
- Add black pepper and salt. Be careful, remember that we use cheese which already emphasizes the flavor a lot. Taste and make sure you need to correct the salt.
- Line a 25x15 loaf pan with plastic.
- Add the dried fruit to the bottom of the mold and then fill with the cream cheese.
