- Cream cheese (Cream Cheese)300 g
- Ricotta200 g
- Grated Parmesan Cheese100 g
- Gorgonzola Cheese70 g
- Fresh cream50 ml
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Black Pepper (pinch)1 to taste
- Salt (pinch)1 to taste
- Honey to taste
- Sliced almonds to taste
- Pistachio (without shell) to taste
- In a food processor, beat all the cheeses, the ricotta and the olive oil until it becomes a paste.
- Whip the cream in a mixer until creamy. Add the cheese mixture and season to taste with black pepper and salt.
- Line a terrine or loaf pan with plastic wrap. At the bottom of the pan, add the almond slices (you can also use pistachios or dried fruit) and cover with the cream cheese. Store in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Unmold the terrine in a refractory and add the honey. You can also garnish with fresh basil.
