- cherry tomato200 g
- Garlic Head1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 to taste
- Herbs: rosemary, fresh oregano, thyme, bay leaf, basil1 to taste
- Cut the tomatoes in half lengthwise and the larger garlic cloves as well. On the baking sheet, mix the solid ingredients and add the oil until coated. Bake at minimum temperature for approximately 40 minutes, and test with a fork if the garlic and tomatoes are soft. Turn off the oven, wait to cool and transfer to a refractory with a lid to store it. Tip 1. The oil is very fragrant, ideal to use in finishing other dishes. Tip 2. Use your confit to prepare a beautiful dish, it goes great!
