- Cooking cream250 ml
- Cheese150 g
- Thyme to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Olive oil20 ml
- Salt to taste
- Cut the potatoes, meat and onion. Season with salt, pepper and thyme, add the oil. Shake well. Pour into a pan.
- Beat the eggs with the cream and a little salt.
- Pour the resulting mixture over the meat and potatoes. Sprinkle with parsley and grated cheese.
- We cover the tray with foil, which we pierce in some places with a knife. Bake for 30 minutes.
- Then remove the foil and bake for 15 minutes.
