- Cottage cheese1 unit(s)
- Milk1 cup
- Mozzarella100 g
- Straw Potato to taste
- Cook the chicken breast, after cooking, shred it, and make the corn cream, in the blender place a can of corn, the milk, the cream cheese and the cream cheese and beat well, set aside.
- Sauté the chicken in the desired seasonings and add the cream of corn to the pan and mix well with the chicken.
- In a marinex put the mixture and put cheese on top, if you want you can put the potato straw on top and put it in the oven, I prefer to put the potato straw when serving
