- Salt and black pepper to taste

- Take the chicken breast to pressure cook and then shred
- In a blender, beat the corn with the canned liquid, the cream, the cottage cheese
- Sauté the onion and then add the chopped tomato, then add the shredded chicken, season with salt and black pepper
- Add the cream that we beat in the blender to the chicken, and let it cook until it thickens.
- Take it to a roast with grated cheese on top until the cheese gratin
