1 shredded chicken breast / 1 box of cream / 1 cup of cream cheese / 200 g of sliced mozzarella / potato straw / half a kg of potato / 1 medium onion / 2 cloves of minced garlic / seasoning to taste.

Em uma panela coloque as batatinha para cozinhar com água e sal.
Aqueca uma panela com óleo refogue a cebola, o alho e misture o peito de frango desfiado (tempere a gosto) acrescente o creme de leite, o requeijão cremoso e reserve.

Amasse as batatinha, acerte o sal e o tempo a gosto.


Montagem.

No refratário coloque toda batata amassada, e por cima o frango cremoso,finalize com a mussarela e leve ao forno pré aquecido até doura. 

Finalize com a batata palha

In a pan put the potatoes to cook with water and salt.

Mash the potatoes, adjust the salt and time to taste.


Mounting.

In the refractory place all the mashed potato, and over the creamy chicken, finish with the mozzarella and take it to the preheated oven until it's golden.
