- Shredded chicken1 kg
- green corn3 can(s)
- sour cream2 can(s)
- potato straw1 unit(s)
- sliced mozzarella100 g
- spices to taste
- olive10 unit(s)
- grated cheese1 unit(s)
- Cook the chicken in the pressure cooker with all the seasonings you prefer (ex: garlic, onion, tomato, cilantro and salt)
- Let it cook for about 20 min.
- Afterwards, I shredded the chicken and added the other seasonings (olive and green corn..)
- separate into a recipient. For the sauce: add two cans of cream and two more cans of green corn (without the whey) and hit the blender for 5 min
- after that, grease the refractory with a ladle. Then pour in the shredded and seasoned chicken. Put the rest of the sauce, and add 1 bag of grated cheese and the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 10 min, or until the time is right for fixings!!
- After gratin, pour the potato straw and finally enjoy!😎
