- Breadcrumbs1/2 cup

- Sauce: mayonnaise, cucumber pickles, salt, parsley, capers, lemon and chives0 to taste
- Season the chicken strips (I used garlic, salt, oregano, black pepper, seasoning)
- Dip the chicken in flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil.
- For the sauce: Place the mayonnaise, parsley, chives, capers, cucumber pickles, lemon, salt in a small bowl and mix well.
