Shredded chicken breast1/2 kg
Lactose-free cream2 tablespoon
Lactose-free cottage cheese2 tablespoon
Salt1 teaspoon
Golden Sesame1 tablespoon
Chopped Onion2 dessert spoon

Put the onion to sauté. Put everything in a blender except the sesame, on low speed. Then put it in the glass jar.
Add sesame and stir well. If you want add parsley.
