- Chicken breast800 g
- Ham to taste
- Cheese to taste
- Onion2 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Pepper2 unit(s)
- Tomato sauce400 g
- Olive oil to taste
- Basil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Place the ham and cheese on top of each fillet and roll up.
- Arrange the rolls on a platter. Prepare the sauce by frying the onion and garlic, finely chopped, for 5 minutes over medium heat.
- Add the peppers, cut into small pieces and cover the pan with a lid.
- Let it boil for 10 minutes over moderate heat. Add the tomato sauce.
- Season with black pepper and basil. Pour the resulting sauce over the chicken rolls.
