- Butter or margarine250 g
- Cassava flour500 g
- Salt to taste
- Saffron to taste
- Remove that "skin" from the sausage and mash it so it stays in several clumps.
- Place the mashed sausage in a pan with a little butter and sauté together with the chopped onion.
- When it's golden, add the flour, the rest of the butter, salt and turmeric.
- Stir well until it gets crispy.
