500g chicken1 kg
Oil1 to taste
Garlic1 to taste
Black pepper1 to taste
Ketchup2 tablespoon
Sour cream1 unit(s)
Salt1 to taste

Cut the chicken into pieces, the size you want.
Season the chicken with garlic, black pepper and salt.
In a pan with garlic and oil, put the chicken and stir well until it takes on a color and add a little water.
When the water dries up a little, add the ketchup.
After the ketchup is added, stir a little more and add the cream.
Mix well the ketchup with the cream and add a little water and leave it on the fire for 5 minutes.
After the 5 minutes have passed, your stroganoff is ready.
Just put it with the rice (if you prefer) and add the potato straw
