- Chicken fillet or chicken breast1 kg
- Sour cream3 unit(s)
- Kapthup300 g
- Parsley1 to taste
- Onion1 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Saffron1 coffee spoon
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Place the saffron chicken breast in the pressure cooker for 20 minutes.
- Once cooked, shred and reserve.
- Cut the onion and tomato into cubes chop the parsley
- Put the chopped spices in the pan , add the chicken. And it sucks very well.
- Add the kapthup , and the cream, always stirring.
- Add salt to taste and turn off the heat. Now just serve.
