@amilaticianny- Ingredients
- Recipe
- stale bread (I use carioca) / French6 unit(s)
- Milk1 l
- Green Smell2 unit(s)
- Colorau2 tablespoon
- Black pepper0 to taste
- Pepper1 cup
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Palm oil1 tablespoon
- Pepper sauce3 tablespoon
- Chicken breast1 kg
- Salt0 to taste
- Homemade seasoning of your choice0 to taste
- Water1 l
- Oil or olive oil2 tablespoon
- Bread - In a large bowl, place the bread, milk, paprika and green smell, mix everything and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- CHICKEN - Season as usual, here I did the following, I cut the onion, pepper and the green smell, put it in the pan to sauté in oil or olive oil and added the chicken, put the seasoning you use ( paprika, sazon,) or your homemade seasoning. Mix well, and add the salt, add the water until all the chicken is covered. The important thing is that after cooking, there is plenty of broth, approximately 500 ml.
- After the chicken is ready, shred it (RESERVE) on my Instagram @aptt_203 has a tip on how to shred it quickly in the mixer.
- In the blender, take the seasoned bread, and the chicken broth, hit for 3 min.
- Take this mixture to the pan, along with the shredded chicken and stir, after 5 minutes add the oil, and when it is thick enough, add the pepper sauce. (NOTE THE SAUCE IS TO YOUR TASTE, HERE I PUT ONLY THREE SCOOPS OF SOUP, IF YOU WANT MORE SPICY JUST ADD MORE, OK).
- It's ready, here in the northeast we accompany this vatapa with rice and a good PAÇOCA.
