- Baking soda1/2 teaspoon
- Cinnamon powder0 to taste
- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- To start you need to leave the chickpeas soaking in water for at least 10 or 12 hours, the chickpeas have to be raw
- Then you put all the ingredients in a food processor, but leave the flour for later.
- Beat in the processor and stop to remove with the spoon what is stuck to the sides, you will beat on average for 7 minutes
- Now add the wheat flour and beat a little more.
- This is a dough you can't shape with your hands so use a spoon to shape it or an ice cream scoop
- Fry in hot oil until golden
