- Sauté the chopped onion in olive oil and when it is golden add the tomato.
- Add the smoked paprika and tomato paste, mix well and let it boil for 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked chickpeas and then the coconut milk.
- Mix well and then hit the salt and finally the parsley.
- Let it boil for a few minutes on low heat, but keep stirring so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
