- Half cabbage to taste
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Oil1 teaspoon
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cut the cabbage into strips.
- Saute with oil and salt.
- After it is well sautéed, make four holes in the middle of it.
- Then crack the 4 eggs, one in each hole.
- Season the egg on top with pinches of salt.
- Cover and leave for 5 min, until these eggs are cooked.
- Then it will be ready. Serve hot.
- Sprinkle with oregano after it's done.
