- Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Fresh Basil to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Chop the tomatoes and you may or may not remove the skin and seeds, I like it!
- Also chop the onion and garlic cloves.
- In a frying pan, add a drizzle of olive oil, sauté the onions, then add the garlic, and then the tomatoes.
- Cover the pan and let the tomato itself release its juice, do not add water!
- The sauce will reduce, add salt and pepper, finish with the basil.
