- Seasonings (paprika, pepperoni, allspice, turmeric, fine herbs...) to taste
- Boiling water3 cup
- Season the ground beef with crushed garlic and salt.
- On low heat, fry the ground beef, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
- When the meat changes color, add the onion, tomato, cabbage and seasonings.
- When the cabbage wilts, add the washed rice and water. Taste for salt and adjust seasonings as desired.
- Let it cook until dry on low heat with the pan covered.
