- Whole milk700 ml
- Wheat Flour2 tablespoon
- Butter2 tablespoon
- peeled onion1/2 unit(s)
- Bay Leaf1 unit(s)
- Clove1 unit(s)
- Freshly grated nutmeg to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
- Stick the bay leaf into the onion using the clove.
- Put milk in a pan and onion together. Turn on the heat and heat over low heat. When it starts to boil turn off and remove the onion.
- In another pan defeat the butter and add the wheat, stir well over low heat with the help of a fouet until obtaining a homogeneous paste.
- Gradually add hot and seasoned milk, stirring constantly.
- Season with salt and cook until it begins to thicken.
- Finish with freshly grated nutmeg and serve immediately with the pasta of your choice.
