- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- In a pan, heat the butter and take the pieces of cheese to the fire, stirring constantly and on low heat so that they do not burn. They just need to form a crust around them to stand out in the crumbs.
- Done that, turn off the fire and add the flour gradually and always stirring until it reaches the point of farofa. Season with salt and pepper if necessary and serve immediately.
