- Recipe
- Desalted and shredded Codfish500 g
- Boiled and mashed potatoes250 g
- Breadcrumbs3 tablespoon
- Chopped Parsley3 tablespoon
- Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
- Salt0 to taste
- Olive oil for greasing the dumplings0 to taste
- Put all the ingredients in a bowl (except the olive oil) mix well so that it is a very homogeneous mass.
- With a tablespoon remove portions of dough and mold the dumplings in your hands.
- Preheat the airfreyr to 200 degrees - place the dumplings and sprinkle with olive oil and bake until golden.
