- Tomato sauce3 tablespoon
- Margarine2 tablespoon
- Olive100 g
- Olive oil for sautéing to taste
- Cottage cheese1 unit(s)
- Boiled eggs cut in half, for garnish5 unit(s)
- Make a mashed potatoes without adding milk, just cream and margarine (let it cool).
- Sauté the chopped garlic and onion in olive oil and add the desalted and shredded cod with all the finely chopped ingredients for the sauce plus the tomato sauce. Put some water and let it cook.
- When cooked and without broth, set aside to cool.
- Grease a medium refractory with margarine and cover with the mashed potatoes; spread the cottage cheese over the puree at the bottom and add the cod filling to the top.
- Cover with mashed potatoes, brush the egg yolk and place in a medium oven to brown.
