- Gruyere cheese1 unit(s)
- salami400 g
- Parma ham300 g
- apricot300 g
- Nuts300 g
- Grapes300 g
- Honey50 ml
- Rosemary50 g
- Cut the cheese into rectangular shapes
- Preferably, buy the sliced salami and parma ham
- Clean and cut the grapes into small bunches of 3/5 units
- Assemble the board so that everything is evenly distributed, it's good to move things around
- Fold the ham sheets and make arrangements with the salamis using bamboo sticks
- Spread out all the cold cuts, finish by fitting the grapes, apricots, nuts and small sprigs of rosemary to garnish and a touch of honey
- The cold ones above are just a suggestion, you can use others preferably, the important thing is to assemble a beautiful board.
