- Finely chopped medium cabbage500 g
- Grated small carrot100 g
- Finely sliced small onion1 unit(s)
- Mayonnaise200 g
- Seedless Raisins to taste
- Sriracha or Tabasco pepper to taste
- Large lemon1 unit(s)
- Alcohol or apple cider vinegar3 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Dijon Mustard1 tablespoon
- Mix the cabbage, carrots, onions, raisins, mayonnaise, lemon, vinegar and mustard.
- Use a large bowl, but after mixing you will feel the salad wither a little and reduce in size.
- Hit the salt and pepper only at the end as some ingredients are already salty.
- Serve immediately or chilled, it's amazing as a side dish for fatty meats that gnt usually serves at the end of year festivities.
