- Cooked parboiled rice2 cup
- Fresh peas1/3 cup
- Boiled corn1/3 cup
- Chopped red and yellow bell pepper1/4 cup
- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- grated carrot1/2 cup
- Sea Salt to taste
- In a pan, heat the butter and brown the onion and bell pepper.
- Add carrots, salt and mix. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the peas, corn and rice and mix well. Add a little water if it's sticking to the bottom.
